We connect entrepreneurs, investors, professionals, and small-to-medium businesses with licensed professionals and expert partners across Canada. We do not sell or ship physical products. All payments collected through our website are for advisory, referral, and related service fees only. Our website is hosted and powered by Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), which provides us with the e-commerce platform and payment infrastructure.

MaxetraHub complies with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, provincial privacy laws such as Alberta’s PIPA, British Columbia’s PIPA, and Quebec’s Law 25. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or regulated financial services ourselves. Any professional services you receive from referrals are provided solely by independent third parties and are subject to their own terms, policies, and professional obligations.

Payments made through our website are strictly for advisory and referral services. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its third-party providers. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to charge your chosen method of payment. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all billing information provided.

MaxetraHub does not ship, deliver, or fulfill physical goods. All services provided are professional and digital in nature. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when engaging with our services or making a payment, and we are not responsible for errors or delays caused by inaccurate information supplied by you.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, branding, and layouts, is owned by or licensed to MaxetraHub and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.
